   Sad to say my experience to date with Open Jet has been nothing short of disastrous.
   Having booked an air ticket I thought direct to Majorca – I found it went via Madrid – no refund and after a doctors letter sent to Sweden 3 weeks ago and 3 emails proporting to have refunded, myself and my bank manager, our lawyers and various professional advisors are now having to follow up in Malmo and the other offices this company seem to operate from, they do not have a phone line.

   S.Fenton. What do you mean? Openjet/Travelstart has two numbers, one to Malmö and one to Cape Town?
