Delectable Joburg

04-10-09_1920 After Saturday night at the Taste of Joburg's food festival I can say that we have some really great restaurants in the city.

At the festival some of the top chefs and wine producers had a taste ready for the many food lovers that descended upon them. A taste of a dish or wine was paid in Crowns (the paper currency for the event).

The food was made at the event – fresh and delicious. The dished ranged from Carpaccio, Japanese to traditional Pap & Vleis (porridge & meat). Delicious!
