  1. i AM A SOUTH AFRICAN WORKING IN CANADA.I BOOKED A FLIGHT FROM FROM HERE,BUT WAS UNABLE TO GO,AND REQUESTED A DATE CHANGE,FOR WHICH A FEE WAS REQUESTED.IT TURNS OUT THAT TRAVELSTART POLICY IS NOT TO RETURN THE FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY CANNOT MAKR THE BOOKING,FOR,AND GET THIS “AIRLINE POLICY”.nOT ONLY THAT,HAVE YOU EVER TRIED PHONING THEM………I HAD A 40 MIN WAIT ON TWO OCCASIONS,AND STILL DIDNT GET THROUGH!! hAD TO EVENTUALLY RESORT TO “LIVE CHAT” AS THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO CO-ORDINATE ALL THE EMAIL RESPONSES,AND WERE ONLY ABLE TO GET BACK TO ME AFTER 8 DAYS!!TRAVELSTART SERVICE HAS BEEN QUITE SHODDY !!
